Firm Adds Ferraro Tax & Accounting

Wilson Lewis, a top accounting and advisory firm based in Atlanta, announced today that Ferraro Tax & Accounting CPA  (“FTA”) of Alpharetta, GA, has joined the firm.

The combination blends two firms with deep local roots and robust service cultures in the Greater Atlanta area.

“FTA has a well-deserved reputation for quality, personal attention and expertise in problem-solving highly complex tax scenarios. Their service ethic aligns perfectly with our culture of client engagement and long-term relationships,” said Josh Crisp, CEO of Wilson Lewis.

“We are proud to kick-off our next chapter by partnering with A.J. and Kim Ferraro. Our firms have a natural fit, and the experience and work ethic they both bring to the table will be great assets as we partner to continue delivering the best possible customized client service mix in the industry.”

FTA specializes in white-glove, high-touch tax services for high-net-worth individuals, trusts & estates, and closely held businesses.

As an Ascend platform firm, Wilson Lewis will provide FTA’s team with  the deep resources, advanced technology, and professional training and benefit programs of a large firm, freeing them to focus on client service. The Ascend platform enables regional accounting firms with strong leadership, great cultures, and a bold vision to remain independent, while accessing the sophisticated resources of a larger firm to overcome the challenges of the traditional CPA partnership model and reach their full potential.

“Joining Wilson Lewis enables us to elevate the support we deliver to our clients without compromising the boutique experience they expect,” Mr. Ferraro said. “We would not be making this move with any other firm.”

Wilson Lewis is consistently recognized as one of the accounting industry’s top performers. It was named a 2025 Regional Leader by Accounting Today, a 2025 Best Places to Work in Georgia winner by Georgia Trend, and a 2024 “Best Of” company by Gwinnett Magazine.
